DRAFT · PROGRAM NOT YET OPEN

Creator Affiliate Terms

This document is an operational draft, not an active offer. Paradigm will publish an effective date and activate a fingerprinted version in the creator portal before any creator link can earn commission.

1. The relationship

The Paradigm Creator Affiliate Program lets approved independent creators share an assigned tracking link and become eligible for commission on qualifying Paradigm purchases. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, exclusivity, or authority to bind Paradigm.

2. Approval and truthful identity

Participation is invitation-only and initially limited to approved United States creators who are at least 18 years old. You must keep your creator identity, contact information, country, tax status, and payout profile accurate. Links may be paused while identity, policy, tax, fraud, or payment questions are reviewed.

3. Clear disclosure

Every affiliate promotion must clearly and conspicuously disclose the material relationship with Paradigm in the content itself, using language ordinary viewers can understand. Unless Paradigm approves an equivalent disclosure for the format, use: “Paid partnership with Paradigm. I may earn a commission if you subscribe through my link.” You are responsible for following applicable advertising rules and each platform’s branded-content policies.

4. Claims and creative conduct

You may describe your genuine experience and use Paradigm’s current approved product language. Do not claim that Paradigm diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents a condition; guarantee outcomes; invent features, prices, evidence, testimonials, or scarcity; impersonate Paradigm; use deceptive traffic; bid on Paradigm trademarks in search advertising; distribute unauthorized coupons; overwrite another creator’s attribution; or target people through sensitive inferred conditions. Do not publish private ritual content or another person’s data. You retain ownership of your original content; Paradigm receives no paid-media or reuse license unless separately agreed in writing.

5. Tracking and attribution

Qualifying attribution begins when a visitor uses your active opaque creator link and later connects that journey to a verified Paradigm account within 30 days. Paradigm uses first-touch affiliate attribution. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, bots, cookie stuffing, coupon interception, forced clicks, misleading redirects, and other manipulated activity are not eligible.

6. Commission

For an eligible referred customer, you earn 25% of net store proceeds on the first successful subscription charge and 10% of net store proceeds on each subsequent uninterrupted renewal. “Net store proceeds” means the purchase price in the customer’s currency after taxes and the app store’s commission, as reported by Paradigm’s billing provider. Paradigm does not offer lifetime memberships. Recurring eligibility ends when the referred subscription expires; a later resubscription does not automatically restore the prior affiliate stream.

Only production purchases verified by Paradigm’s billing provider can create commission. Page visits, beta applications, installations, ritual activity, screenshots, or creator reports do not create payable commission.

7. Refunds, disputes, and corrections

Commission remains pending for 30 days after each charge. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate transactions, or billing corrections can reduce or reverse commission. If a reversal occurs after payout, the negative balance offsets future commission unless applicable law requires another process. Paradigm keeps an append-only ledger so corrections appear as new entries rather than silently rewriting history.

8. Payouts and taxes

Cleared commission is eligible for cash-out monthly beginning on the 15th day of each month, measured in UTC. There is no minimum payout: any positive cleared balance may be requested, including commission from a single referral. Pending 30-day refund-hold amounts roll forward automatically. Paradigm aims to process an approved request within five business days through the payout provider shown in the portal.

Payouts require verified tax readiness and a configured payout destination. Creator partners are responsible for taxes and fees imposed on their earnings. Paradigm may request information reasonably needed to meet reporting, sanctions, anti-fraud, or payment obligations.

9. Suspension and termination

Either side may end participation. Paradigm may immediately pause or terminate a creator, code, or payout for deceptive claims, missing disclosures, platform violations, unlawful conduct, fraud, security risk, misuse of confidential information, or material breach. Legitimately earned, undisputed commission remains subject to these terms and applicable law.

10. Changes

Material changes require a new version in the creator portal. A creator must explicitly accept the current version before an active link can continue earning under it. The portal records the version, document fingerprint, and acceptance time.

11. Contact

Program questions and disputes should be sent to support@welcomeparadigm.com. The final published version will identify the governing entity, jurisdiction, effective date, and any legally required notices.
